Gothic 1 Remake Release Date Trailer Reveals Return to Khorinis

Attention, role‑playing primitives: THQ Nordic has finally dated the Gothic 1 Remake, meaning our pilgrimage back to Khorinis now has a fixed point in spacetime. The new trailer shows off modernized visuals, reworked combat, and a moodier Old Camp, while promising to preserve the grungy, unforgiving charm of the 2001 cult classic. In short, it’s the same brutal mining colony—just no longer held together by duct tape and polygons. A very logical upgrade path for nostalgic gamers seeking pain, progression, and progressively better gear.
