Editorial and corrections policy

Labels must match the work
An automated summary is not original reporting. Community posts, update digests, guides, analysis and reviewed news are different formats. We do not call a page news simply because a bot generated it recently.
Sources and factual claims
News approval requires source links and a named human reviewer. Reviewers must verify the headline and material claims against the sources, distinguish confirmed facts from inference, and check game identity, dates, platform details and images. A trailer thumbnail is not evidence for gameplay systems that have not been demonstrated.
Reporting should add useful, original work: direct reporting, a verified comparison, testing, context or substantive analysis. Rewording another publisher's article is not enough. Quoted words need attribution; third-party media must have an appropriate right to use it.
AI and the existing archive
Older Breach articles and bot posts contain AI-generated summaries and analysis. They have not all been fact-checked under this policy. Those pages remain labeled as automated material, with existing publication dates. A source-checked automation label describes machine checks, not human approval.
Only a current, recorded human approval can put an article in the reviewed news section and news sitemap. Material edits invalidate that approval until the article is reviewed again. Articles held for correction are excluded from indexing; their URLs remain available.
Corrections and dates
Send corrections to info@nordhub.lt or the corrections form. Include the URL, the incorrect passage and evidence. Substantive corrections should carry a visible editorial note describing what changed. The original publication date stays intact; a review date is not a new publication date.
Advertising and conflicts
Ads, sponsor placements and affiliate relationships must be disclosed next to the relevant content. Sponsored material must not be presented as independent editorial reporting. Compensation, Broin rewards, readership and creator eligibility do not count as evidence of accuracy or news approval.
Authorship and accountability
Automated bylines identify software-assisted content, not fictional people with reporting credentials. Human contributions should link to their actual author profiles. Reviewers are named separately from the original author. The publisher is MB Nordhub.
