1. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Platform, including information:

• Professional & Profile Information: Resume/CV, portfolio links, employment history, skills, educational background, and hourly rates.
• User-Generated Content Data: Information you publish on the platform, including blog posts, forum comments, feed status updates, upvotes, and interactions with other users' content or aggregated news items.
• Creator Program Data: Creator application status, payout contact details, content eligibility status, qualified-read counts, revenue-share calculations, payout records, and fraud-review notes.
• Technical Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this Platform.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use our website, products, and services, including clickstream data, page interaction information, read events, scroll depth, time on page, referrers, and browsing history.

2. How We Collect Information

We use different methods to collect data from and about you including through:

• Direct interactions: You may give us your Identity and Contact Data by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email, or otherwise. This includes personal data you provide when you:
  • Create an account on our Platform;
  • Create a profile (Talent or Company);
  • Publish a blog post, comment, or interact with the news feed;
  • Post a job or apply for a job;
  • Subscribe to our service or publications;
  • Request marketing to be sent to you;
  • Give us some feedback.
• Automated technologies or interactions: As you interact with our Platform, we may automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. We collect this personal data by using cookies, server logs, and other similar technologies.

Optional Analytics and Cookie Choices

Essential storage supports sign-in, account security, and platform features. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after an affirmative analytics consent choice. It measures visits and selected product actions so we can understand which features people use and improve the Platform. Our analytics events omit form contents, email addresses, and URL query strings. Google signals and advertising personalization through our analytics configuration are disabled.

Where Google's European consent message applies, that message manages both advertising and analytics storage choices. We use Google's analytics consent signal; an advertising signal alone does not enable analytics. Elsewhere, or if those controls are unavailable, Breach provides Allow analytics and Decline analytics choices. You can reopen Cookie preferences from the bottom of any page to change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics events and removes the accessible Google Analytics cookies set on this site. Your preference is stored in your browser by the consent system you use; clearing site storage or using a different browser may prompt you again. A previous explicit refusal in Breach's analytics prompt remains effective until you make a new choice in Google's message.

Your personal feed remembers your previous visit and the updates you explicitly mark caught up for your account on this browser. This progress does not sync between devices and is removed when you clear site storage. Saving a game before signing in uses a temporary cookie, lasting up to one hour, to finish that save after authentication. With analytics allowed, we also measure visible article reading and personal-feed visits; these measurements do not award points or establish that an article was fully read.

Google Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device information, and information about visits to this and other websites to deliver and measure ads, subject to your choices and applicable requirements. Google's consent message manages advertising choices and, where configured and applicable, analytics storage consent in one flow. Analytics consent is used to measure site visits and selected product actions with Google Analytics; it does not itself give permission for personalized advertising.

Where Google's consent controls apply, use Cookie preferences or Google's privacy settings link to review your choices. Declining personalization may still allow limited advertisements. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

• To present our Platform and its contents to you.
• To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us (e.g., job alerts, candidate matches).
• To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it (e.g., connecting Talent with Studios).
• To provide you with notices about your account, including expiration and renewal notices.
• To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
• To notify you about changes to our Platform or any products or services we offer or provide though it.
• To allow you to participate in interactive features on our Platform.
• To measure qualified reads, detect suspicious traffic, calculate Creator Program eligibility, and administer creator payouts where applicable.
• In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.
• For any other purpose with your consent.

Post Relevance Checks

When you publish or edit a feed post, we send its text, included web addresses, and relevant game or studio names to OpenAI to check whether it fits the gaming community. We do not add your account ID or email address to that request. Links and images are not opened by this check. Posts that need more gaming context stay in the editor for you to revise; a failed check does not publish your draft. We keep a minimal check record on accepted posts and temporary account-level request counts to limit abuse. This topic check is separate from creator rewards review and does not verify the accuracy or safety of every claim.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

• To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
• To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business.
• To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of MB Nordhub's assets.
• To third parties to market their products or services to you if you have consented to/not opted out of these disclosures.
• To the general public, regarding information you intentionally make public on your profile or through user-generated content (e.g., blog posts, comments). Please exercise diligence when sharing personal data in public areas.
• To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it (e.g., sharing your profile with prospective employers).
• For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
• With your consent.

We may also disclose your personal information:

• To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
• To enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.
• If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of MB Nordhub, our customers, or others.

5. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Platform. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Platform.

6. GDPR Compliance (EU Users)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. MB Nordhub aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.
You have the following data protection rights:

• The right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where MB Nordhub relied on your consent to process your personal information.

Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests.

7. Children Under the Age of 16

Our Platform is not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any information to or on the Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on this Platform or on or through any of its features. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 8. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the Platform home page or via email.
