Signal Unlocked: Monster Hunter Stories 3 Trial Breaches Early

Transmission incoming from the New World: a free trial for Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection is live, letting you jack into the story before launch on March 13, 2026.

In this trial build, you dive straight into the opening chapters: customize your Rider, test-drive the turn-based battle system, and start forging your gear and bonding with Monsties just like in the full release. Your progress isn’t disposable data—your save file can be carried over to the full version if you use the same account and keep the data on your PC.

There are containment protocols: the trial offers one save slot (the full version will have three), a level cap at 10, and limits on Trade Points and the number of Monsties you can stockpile. You can keep playing after hitting the cap, but XP gain is locked until you migrate to the full game.

Early access to the hunt, transferable progress, and a full systems test before launch—step into the breach and see if your Monsties are ready for reflection.
