Overwatch

Overwatch is a team-based multiplayer hero shooter that throws players into fast-paced, objective-driven battles across a colorful near-future Earth. Two teams of six (later five in Overwatch 2) assemble diverse heroes—each with unique abilities, weapons, and roles—to capture points, escort payloads, and outmaneuver opponents on intricately designed maps inspired by real-world locations. Sharply tuned gunplay is fused with cooldown-based skills, ultimates that can flip fights in an instant, and tight team coordination that rewards smart positioning and synergy between tanks, damage dealers, and supports. Beyond its competitive edge, Overwatch stands out for its vibrant cast of characters and rich, lightly woven lore. Heroes hail from different cultures and backgrounds, brought together by the reformed Overwatch task force to face global threats ranging from rogue omnics to shadowy organizations.
