Mission intel indicates Conformity Gate is a stealth-focused simulation where players navigate restrictive systemic rules designed to monitor and punish deviation. Early prototypes leaned heavily on an oppressive conformity mechanic that proved more frustrating than immersive. The current design directive is to refine or remove this gate to enable cleaner stealth loops, better pacing, and more meaningful player choice.
