Motion Designer

Motion Designer Location: Vilnius From 2630 EUR/month (gross) Marketing Full-time As a member of the Digital Creatives Team, you will create engaging video and motion content for world-class game titles such as Cooking Fever, Pocket Styler, Airplane Chefs, and other games in our portfolio, as well as new titles currently in development. Your work will help millions of players discover, enjoy, and connect with our games. Every day, you will bring ideas to life through animation, experiment with new creative concepts, work with gameplay footage and game assets, follow the latest trends in gaming and digital advertising, and collaborate with a talented team of designers, artists, and marketing specialists. You will have the opportunity to see how your creative work performs across global campaigns and how it directly contributes to the success of our games. A Successful Candidate Must Have: Strong skills in motion design, animation, and visual storytelling; Experience creating video content for digital advertising, social media, or other marketing channels; Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator; Ability to work with gameplay footage, game assets, typography, UI elements, and visual effects; Strong sense of timing, composition, and attention to detail; Ability to create engaging short-form video content for different platforms, formats, and audiences; Experience using AI-powered creative tools; Good written and spoken English skills; A keen interest in games, digital advertising, and creative trends. Extra Great to Have: Experience creating performance marketing or user acquisition creatives for mobile games; Experience with 3D software such as Blender or Cinema 4D; Knowledge of game engines, e.g. Unity; Understanding of creative testing, A/B testing, and marketing performance metrics; Good understanding of TikTok, YouTube, Meta, and other digital content platforms; Passion for the video game industry and awareness of current gaming and advertising trends.
