Technical Product Manager Location: Vilnius From 4460 Eur/month (gross) Development E-commerce Full-time At Nordcurrent, we develop mobile games that bring joy to millions of people worldwide. As Technical Product Manager you will play a pivotal role launching an ambitious AI-driven initiative to transform how our games adapt to individual players. Our vision is to build an intelligent system that uses player behavior and machine learning to dynamically optimize gameplay difficulty, advertising strategies, in-game offers, and monetization. You will own the project end-to-end, working closely with our Engineering, Data Analytics, Game Design, Monetization, and User Acquisition teams. This is not a coding position. However, you must be technically strong enough to understand machine learning concepts, challenge technical decisions, translate business goals into technical requirements, and effectively lead discussions with engineers and data scientists. Your Key Responsibilities: Own and lead the AI personalization project end-to-end, defining the product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics from concept to production. Drive cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Data Analytics, Game Design, Monetization, User Acquisition, and other teams to ensure efficient execution and alignment with business goals. Translate business opportunities into technical requirements, working closely with ML engineers and developers to design scalable, AI-driven solutions. Lead the development of AI-powered monetization strategies, including personalized ad frequency and timing, in-app offers, pricing optimization, and purchase recommendations. Drive dynamic gameplay personalization, using player behavior, skill levels, and engagement patterns to optimize game difficulty, player experience, and retention. Own data-driven decision-making and experimentation, defining tracking requirements, A/B tests, key performance indicators, and evaluation frameworks to measure the impact of AI-driven features. Evaluate AI technologies and technical approaches, including predictive modeling, recommendation systems, contextual bandits, and reinforcement learning, to identify the most effective solutions for business needs. Continuously optimize business performance, balancing ARPDAU, LTV, retention, engagement, and conversion while identifying new opportunities to scale successful AI solutions across multiple games. A Successful Candidate Must Have: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a related product leadership role. Strong technical understanding of software architecture, data infrastructure, and backend systems. Strong understanding of machine learning, AI-based decision systems, and practical AI applications. Proven experience leading technically complex, cross-functional projects from concept to launch. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work confidently with large datasets, KPIs, and experimentation results. Experience defining product requirements, prioritizing roadmaps, and managing technical stakeholders. Good understanding of A/B testing, statistical significance, and data-driven product development. Excellent communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to challenge technical assumptions and make informed decisions without personally writing production code. Extra Great to Have: Previous experience in mobile gaming or strong knowledge and interest in gaming Desire to drive efficiency, process improvement, and to enhance understanding of business drivers; Understanding of mobile gaming metrics, including ARPDAU, ARPU, LTV, ROAS, retention, and churn. Experience working directly with data scientists or ML engineers. Experience with user acquisition, cohort analysis, and player segmentation. Experience taking at least one data-driven, ML-powered, or AI decisioning product from discovery through production deployment, including measurable business outcomes, experimentation, and post-launch optimization. Your First Three Months: Understand existing game mechanics, monetization flows, analytics infrastructure, and available player data. Define the AI personalization strategy, technical requirements, KPIs, and project roadmap. Align engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
