Best Beginner Deck for Breach Arena

A complete eight-card starter deck, opening priorities, deployment order, and upgrade path for a first Breach Arena PvE win.

Why this starter deck works

The default squad is deliberately balanced: STR supplies reliable attack and Shield, DEX draws or refunds resources, and CHA heals, buffs, or deals direct damage. You can learn every core deploy pattern without owning an unlock card.

The deck also spans costs from 1 to 4 Energy. That gives it something useful to do in early rounds without leaving the later turns underpowered.

Opening hand priorities

Keep Cache Me If You Can whenever possible. Its 1-Energy body draws another card, improving the chance that the rest of your curve arrives on time.

Ctrl Alt Defeat is the clean pressure keep. Patch Notes Prophet is worth keeping when you expect to trade Commander health for early board control.

  • Keep one 1- or 2-Energy Minion.
  • Avoid keeping several 3- and 4-Energy cards together.
  • Use Luck swaps to repair an expensive opening hand, not to chase one perfect card.

Simple winning pattern

Develop one sector first, then use the second sector to redirect pressure instead of spreading six weak bodies across the whole board. Deploy The Regexorcist only after another ally is available for Rally.

Use 404mancer as reach once direct Commander damage matters. Stack Overflowlord and Sir Render-a-Lot are your safest ways to hold a sector through the enemy turn.

First upgrades

Byte Club Bouncer and Lagatha Byte unlock at Level 2 and preserve the straightforward game plan. Kernel Panik at Level 3 is the first major sector-control upgrade. Null & Void arrives after the first PvE win and gives the deck a genuine finisher.
