Mission Intelligence: Midsummer Studios was developing an unannounced life-simulation title led by former XCOM creative director Jake Solomon. The project aimed to fuse systemic storytelling, strategic decision-making, and expressive player-driven narratives. Positioned to challenge traditional life-sim formulas, it targeted fans of deep simulation, emergent gameplay, and high-agency design. Development has now been halted following the studio’s closure, leaving the concept dormant in the archive.
